B&R 8V1022.00-2放大器不是我們不想支持國(guó)產(chǎn)，而是涉及金額巨大，對(duì)企業(yè)有生死存亡的影響，沒(méi)有人敢為風(fēng)險(xiǎn)買單！”個(gè)雨后初霽的下午，梁鐘銘從辦公室出來(lái)，鉆進(jìn)自己那輛方向盤在右的“一國(guó)兩制”轎車，直奔東莞市區(qū)的銀行。作為龍昌國(guó)際控股有限公司的總經(jīng)理，梁鐘銘已經(jīng)過(guò)了劇痛的階段，但是利潤(rùn)的降低加上設(shè)備的更新，還是讓他的資金有些緊張。
一本《互聯(lián)網(wǎng)＋》的書橫嵌在車門的擱物框里。兩天前，梁鐘銘買了這本新書，已經(jīng)看了幾十頁(yè)。眼下，很多從事制造業(yè)的管理者談互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、創(chuàng)客已經(jīng)成了潮流，有人已經(jīng)開始向這個(gè)方向轉(zhuǎn)變，但仍處在摸索期。
從龍昌集團(tuán)所在的常平鎮(zhèn)到東莞市區(qū)的40分鐘車程里，梁鐘銘和記者談了一路。他幾次提到了人力成本的增長(zhǎng)帶來(lái)的壓力，還有各種技術(shù)的改變。間或他會(huì)有一些抱怨：企業(yè)資金周轉(zhuǎn)的周期通常是60天，而員工的薪水卻不得不按月發(fā)放。有時(shí)候，回款周期未到，企業(yè)的資金鏈可能會(huì)因薪水發(fā)放而斷掉。
但是，制造業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境的改變已經(jīng)不可逆轉(zhuǎn)。工人的工資在提高，權(quán)利保障的意識(shí)也在提高。種種跡象表明，中國(guó)制造業(yè)已經(jīng)不是一個(gè)企業(yè)主任性的時(shí)代。
