前干燥由簾式干燥機(jī)實(shí)施,工藝作用是對絲束進(jìn)行干燥致密化,消除纖維內(nèi)部的空洞,使結(jié)構(gòu)2.
睛綸采用濕法紡絲的工藝路線,根據(jù)流程分為兩大過程:紡絲工藝和后處理工藝,紡絲工藝包括:凝固成型——冷拉伸——水洗——熱拉伸。
干燥機(jī)由喂入、簾板、液壓和蒸汽加熱四部分組成。喂入裝置是將絲束引入到簾板,液壓裝置進(jìn)行左右(橫向)來回運(yùn)動,它和喂入裝置共同完成鋪絲動作;簾板縱向運(yùn)行,將鋪好的絲束慢慢地送人蒸汽加熱區(qū)完成干燥致密化處理。
喂入裝置由2臺變頻器分別調(diào)節(jié)2臺2.2kw的異步電機(jī)的速度驅(qū)動2對星形羅拉實(shí)施絲束喂入;簾板由一臺變頻器調(diào)節(jié)一臺3kw異步電機(jī)的速度,驅(qū)動簾板運(yùn)行。松弛環(huán)節(jié)是工藝要求成形后的纖維必須在保持松弛狀態(tài)進(jìn)人干燥機(jī)而設(shè)置的環(huán)節(jié)。
通用變頻器的閉環(huán)控制研究表明,壓頻比(U/f)為常數(shù)控制的通用變頻器,即使采用電流、轉(zhuǎn)速雙閉環(huán)控制,效果也未必為好。而由于通用變頻器本身有限流保護(hù),因此如采用整流單閉環(huán)控制,不但結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,而且可取得良好的綜合性能指標(biāo),以下幾個(gè)試驗(yàn)提供了可供選擇的方案。
比例積分(P-I)控制比例積分控制系統(tǒng)的節(jié)器;JD為值單元電路,以保證加到BP上的控制信號為正,并限幅5V.M為1.5kW三相異步電動機(jī),TG為直流測速發(fā)電機(jī),L為負(fù)載。系統(tǒng)采用標(biāo)量控制,對模型要求不高,可以用飛升曲線法求出被控制對象(逆變器+異步電動機(jī))的數(shù)學(xué)模型,即一個(gè)積分與一個(gè)慣性環(huán)節(jié)相串聯(lián)。根據(jù)幅值逼近優(yōu)法,再加入給定濾波和反饋濾波環(huán)節(jié),可以確定使系統(tǒng)具有一定動態(tài)性能指標(biāo)的調(diào)節(jié)參數(shù),在R1=3k8,C1=6.8LF和發(fā)電機(jī)輕載Ia=1.5A的條件下,實(shí)驗(yàn)得到突加給定起動轉(zhuǎn)速的波形。P-I調(diào)節(jié)經(jīng)過調(diào)試可以穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,若參數(shù)整定不好或接法不當(dāng),都會引起超調(diào),甚至要經(jīng)過幾次振蕩才能穩(wěn)定。
積分控制積分控制調(diào)速系統(tǒng)原理,試驗(yàn)條件C1=6.8LF1,空載Ia=1.5A,突加高速起動轉(zhuǎn)速波形。從整個(gè)調(diào)試過程來看,系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,調(diào)節(jié)器容易整定,對參數(shù)變化不敏感,無超調(diào),但動態(tài)速降稍大。轉(zhuǎn)差頻率控制轉(zhuǎn)差頻率控制是基于電機(jī)氣隙磁通,恒定不變的情況下提出的。
