招聘Sales Engineer/銷售工程師

一、職位描述/Description：

1、Develop new market and customer; achieve the sales target in assigned territory; Mainly in charge of sales & Technical support for electric system protection. 開拓市場，開發(fā)新客戶，按計劃完成區(qū)域銷售指標(biāo)；主要負(fù)責(zé)指定區(qū)域內(nèi)電氣保護(hù)產(chǎn)品的銷售和推廣；

2、Provide professional technical supports for projects including products introduction and new products promotion ,technical seminar, model & parameter recommend; Establish and maintain a good long term partner relationship with the existing customers.與現(xiàn)有客戶建立并維持一種長期穩(wěn)定的合作伙伴關(guān)系,跟蹤并取得訂單；為客戶提供專業(yè)技術(shù)服務(wù)，包括產(chǎn)品介紹和組織新產(chǎn)品推廣培訓(xùn)活動，技術(shù)演講交流,選型，解決問題；

3、Collecting information of market and competitors and feedback to company timely; Submit Weekly Reports, Monthly Reports and Customer Visiting Reports in time. 搜集市場信息和競爭對手信息并及時反饋回公司；按時提交周報告和月報告及客戶拜訪報告。

二、技能要求/Qualification:

1、University diploma or above on mechanical engineering/Automation/electric/ automotive/welding related major; sales or technical support experience with the welding, laser welding, automotive, robotics field preferred大專以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械,自動化，電氣，機(jī)電，電子或者焊接及相關(guān)理工專業(yè)和市場營銷優(yōu)先；

2、 3+ years relevant sales/ technical support experience in power plant/steel plant/ thick steel sheet metal welding field is an advantage; 3年以上在電廠，電子廠，電氣開關(guān)柜，連接器和線束及相關(guān)領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗或工業(yè)產(chǎn)品銷售或者技術(shù)支持經(jīng)驗最佳；

3、Good presentation and communication skills, team work spirit; have strong interest in learning new things and willing to face sales challenge with industrial customers.具有良好的溝通能力和銷售技巧及團(tuán)隊合作精神;必須有直接面對工業(yè)客戶銷售的能力或經(jīng)驗.

4、Good computer skills, such as Microsoft office, AutoCAD, Excel, PPT etc. Self-motivated, hard work, good planning ability and can travel frequently, target-oriented and good service attitude. 熟練使用電腦及辦公軟件；能吃苦耐勞及和壓力承受能力，能適應(yīng)經(jīng)常出差；工作積極主動，計劃性強(qiáng)；強(qiáng)烈的客戶服務(wù)意識；
