用 途:
抗凝血、抗過(guò)敏類(lèi)新藥?？捎糜谑n麻疹、濕疹、過(guò)敏性和接觸性皮炎、皮膚瘙癢等過(guò)敏反應(yīng)。蕁麻疹、濕疹、過(guò)敏性和接 觸性皮炎、皮膚瘙癢、鼻炎、偏頭痛、支氣管哮喘等。也可用于柯興病和肢端肥大癥。
為H1受體拮抗劑，作用較、強(qiáng)，并有中度抗5－羥色胺作用和抗膽堿作用。另外，臨床發(fā)現(xiàn)，還有 治療流行性腮腺炎等多種新用途，研究表明的H1拮抗作用比撲爾敏強(qiáng)5倍以上。
