合肥鋼管租賃解讀彎曲度和尺寸超差

彎曲度

Bending degree

　　鋼管在長(zhǎng)度方向上呈曲線狀，用數(shù)字表示出其曲線度即叫彎曲度。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中規(guī)定的彎曲度一般分為如下兩種：

A、局部彎曲度：用一米長(zhǎng)直尺靠量在鋼管的大彎曲處，測(cè)其弦高（mm），即為局部彎曲度數(shù)值，其單位為mm/m，表示方法如2.5mm/m。合肥鋼管出租（租賃）此種方法也適用于管端部彎曲度。

例如：鋼管長(zhǎng)度為8m，測(cè)得大弦高30mm,則該管全長(zhǎng)彎曲度應(yīng)為：

For example: steel tube length is 8 m, the biggest string 30 mm high, the length of pipe bending degree should be:

0.03÷8m×=0.375%

0.03 ÷ 8 m x = 0.375%

尺寸超差

Size of tolerance

　　尺寸超差或叫尺寸超出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的允許偏差。此處的"尺寸"主要指鋼管的外徑和壁厚。通常有人把尺寸超差習(xí)慣叫"公差出格"，這種把偏差和公差等同起來(lái)的叫法是不嚴(yán)密的，應(yīng)叫"偏差出格"。此處的偏差可能是"正"的，也可能是"負(fù)"的，很少在同一批鋼管中出現(xiàn)"正、負(fù)"偏差均出格的現(xiàn)象。
