PA66樹脂 101L概述：PA66具有優(yōu)異的力學功能、電功能、耐磨、耐化學藥性格、性，但由于尼龍中存在酰，與水分子之間能夠構成氫鍵，具有較大的吸水性，形成產品尺寸性差，影響電功能，干態(tài)或低溫下沖擊強度低、抗蠕變性及耐熱性也有待進步。與鋼材比較，長處：耐腐蝕、自、相對密度小、易成型。缺陷：吸水性大、力學功能。所以，作為工程結構材料，還須其功能，才達工業(yè)用途的要求。
【PA66 A3F】:265℃; It's a hemicrystone-crystalline material. PA66 can also maintain strong strength and stiffness at higher temperatures. PA66 still has hygroscopicity after molding, which mainly depends on the composition of materials, wall thickness and conditions. The influence of hygroscopicity on geometry must be considered in product design. PA66 has a low viscosity, so it flows well (but not as well as PA6). This property can be used to manufacture very thin components. Its viscosity is sensitive to temperature changes. The shortening rate of PA66 is between 1% and 2%, and the glass fiber additive can reduce the shortening rate to 0.2% and 1%. PA66 is resistant to many solvents but weak to acids and other chlorinated agents.
