———————————————————工作原理—————————————————————————
當(dāng)可編程邏輯控制器投入運(yùn)行后，其工作過程一般分為三個(gè)階段，即輸入采樣、用戶程序執(zhí)行和輸出刷新三個(gè)階段。完成上述三個(gè)階段稱作一個(gè)掃描周期。在整個(gè)運(yùn)行期間，可編程邏輯控制器的CPU以一定的掃描速度重復(fù)執(zhí)行上述三個(gè)階段。
一、輸入采樣階段
在輸入采樣階段，可編程邏輯控制器以掃描方式依次地讀入所有輸入狀態(tài)和數(shù)據(jù)，并將它們存入I/O映象區(qū)中的相應(yīng)的單元內(nèi)。輸入采樣結(jié)束后，轉(zhuǎn)入用戶程序執(zhí)行和輸出刷新階段。在這兩個(gè)階段中，即使輸入狀態(tài)和數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)生變化，I/O映象區(qū)中的相應(yīng)單元的狀態(tài)和數(shù)據(jù)也不會(huì)改變。因此，如果輸入是脈沖信號(hào)，則該脈沖信號(hào)的寬度必須大于一個(gè)掃描周期，才能保證在任何情況下，該輸入均能被讀入。
二、在用戶程序執(zhí)行階段，可編程邏輯控制器總是按由上而下的順序依次地掃描用戶程序(梯形圖)。在掃描每一條梯形圖時(shí)，又總是先掃描梯形圖左邊的由各觸點(diǎn)構(gòu)成的控制線路，并按先左后右、先上后下的順序?qū)τ捎|點(diǎn)構(gòu)成的控制線路進(jìn)行邏輯運(yùn)算，然后根據(jù)邏輯運(yùn)算的結(jié)果，刷新該邏輯線圈在系統(tǒng)RAM存儲(chǔ)區(qū)中對(duì)應(yīng)位的狀態(tài)；或者刷新該輸出線圈在I/O映象區(qū)中對(duì)應(yīng)位的狀態(tài)；或者確定是否要執(zhí)行該梯形圖所規(guī)定的特殊功能指令。
即，在用戶程序執(zhí)行過程中，只有輸入點(diǎn)在I/O映象區(qū)內(nèi)的狀態(tài)和數(shù)據(jù)不會(huì)發(fā)生變化，而其他輸出點(diǎn)和軟設(shè)備在I/O映象區(qū)或系統(tǒng)RAM存儲(chǔ)區(qū)內(nèi)的狀態(tài)和數(shù)據(jù)都有可能發(fā)生變化，而且排在上面的梯形圖，其程序執(zhí)行結(jié)果會(huì)對(duì)排在下面的凡是用到這些線圈或數(shù)據(jù)的梯形圖起作用；相反，排在下面的梯形圖，其被刷新的邏輯線圈的狀態(tài)或數(shù)據(jù)只能到下一個(gè)掃描周期才能對(duì)排在其上面的程序起作用。
在程序執(zhí)行的過程中如果使用立即I/O指令則可以直接存取I/O點(diǎn)。即使用I/O指令的話，輸入過程影像寄存器的值不會(huì)被更新，程序直接從I/O模塊取值，輸出過程影像寄存器會(huì)被立即更新，這跟立即輸入有些區(qū)別。
三、輸出刷新階段
當(dāng)掃描用戶程序結(jié)束后，可編程邏輯控制器就進(jìn)入輸出刷新階段。在此期間，CPU按照I/O映象區(qū)內(nèi)對(duì)應(yīng)的狀態(tài)和數(shù)據(jù)刷新所有的輸出鎖存電路，再經(jīng)輸出電路驅(qū)動(dòng)相應(yīng)的外設(shè)。這時(shí)，才是可編程邏輯控制器的真正輸

1.使用方便，編程簡(jiǎn)單
采用簡(jiǎn)明的梯形圖、邏輯圖或語(yǔ)句表等編程語(yǔ)言，而無需計(jì)算機(jī)知識(shí)，因此系統(tǒng)開發(fā)周期短，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)試容易。另外，可在線修改程序，改變控制方案而不拆動(dòng)硬件。
2.功能強(qiáng)，性能價(jià)格比高
一臺(tái)小型PLC內(nèi)有成百上千個(gè)可供用戶使用的編程元件，有很強(qiáng)的功能，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)非常復(fù)雜的控制功能。它與相同功能的繼電器系統(tǒng)相比，具有很高的性能價(jià)格比。PLC可以通過通信聯(lián)網(wǎng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)分散控制，集中管理。
3.硬件配套齊全，用戶使用方便，適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)
PLC產(chǎn)品已經(jīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、系列化、模塊化，配備有品種齊全的各種硬件裝置供用戶選用，用戶能靈活方便地進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)配置，組成不同功能、不同規(guī)模的系統(tǒng)。PLC的安裝接線也很方便，一般用接線端子連接外部接線。PLC有較強(qiáng)的帶負(fù)載能力，可以直接驅(qū)動(dòng)一般的電磁閥和小型交流接觸器。
硬件配置確定后，可以通過修改用戶程序，方便快速地適應(yīng)工藝條件的變化。
4.可靠性高，抗干擾能力強(qiáng)
傳統(tǒng)的繼電器控制系統(tǒng)使用了大量的中間繼電器、時(shí)間繼電器，由于觸點(diǎn)接觸不良，容易出現(xiàn)故障。PLC用軟件代替大量的中間繼電器和時(shí)間繼電器，僅剩下與輸入和輸出有關(guān)的少量硬件元件，接線可減少到繼電器控制系統(tǒng)的1/10-1/100，因觸點(diǎn)接觸不良造成的故障大為減少。
PLC采取了一系列硬件和軟件抗干擾措施，具有很強(qiáng)的抗干擾能力，平均無故障時(shí)間達(dá)到數(shù)萬小時(shí)以上，可以直接用于有強(qiáng)烈干擾的工業(yè)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，PLC已被廣大用戶公認(rèn)為可靠的工業(yè)控制設(shè)備之一。
5.系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、安裝、調(diào)試工作量少
PLC用軟件功能取代了繼電器控制系統(tǒng)中大量的中間繼電器、時(shí)間繼電器、計(jì)數(shù)器等器件，使控制柜的設(shè)計(jì)、安裝、接線工作量大大減少。
PLC的梯形圖程序一般采用順序控制設(shè)計(jì)法來設(shè)計(jì)。這種編程方法很有規(guī)律，很容易掌握。對(duì)于復(fù)雜的控制系統(tǒng)，設(shè)計(jì)梯形圖的時(shí)間比設(shè)計(jì)相同功能的繼電器系統(tǒng)電路圖的時(shí)間要少得多。
PLC的用戶程序可以在實(shí)驗(yàn)室模擬調(diào)試，輸入信號(hào)用小開關(guān)來模擬，通過PLC上的發(fā)光二極管可觀察輸出信號(hào)的狀態(tài)。完成了系統(tǒng)的安裝和接線后，在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的統(tǒng)調(diào)過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題一般通過修改程序就可以解決，系統(tǒng)的調(diào)試時(shí)間比繼電器系統(tǒng)少得多。
6.維修工作量小，維修方便
PLC的故障率很低，且有完善的自診斷和顯示功能。PLC或外部的輸入裝置和執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)生故障時(shí)，可以根據(jù)PLC上的發(fā)光二極管或編程器提供的信息迅速地查明故障的原因，用更換模塊的方法可以迅速地排除故
產(chǎn)品的用途——————————————————————--—————————
它應(yīng)用于高頻脈寬調(diào)制技術(shù)，與一般開關(guān)電源的區(qū)別是它的輸出量必須是與輸入側(cè)同上頻、同相的交流電壓。它的輸出電壓波型有準(zhǔn)方波、梯型波、正弦波等，市場(chǎng)上的不間斷電源（UPS）抽掉其中的蓄電源和充電器，就是一臺(tái)開關(guān)型交流穩(wěn)壓電源的穩(wěn)壓性好，控制功能強(qiáng)，易于實(shí)現(xiàn)智能化，是非常具有前途的交流穩(wěn)壓電源。但因其電路復(fù)雜，價(jià)格較高，所以推廣較慢。
直流穩(wěn)定電源
直流穩(wěn)定電源按習(xí)慣可分為化學(xué)電源，線性穩(wěn)定電源和開關(guān)型穩(wěn)定電源，它們又分別具有各種不同類型：
化學(xué)電源
平常所用的干電池、鉛酸蓄電池、鎳鎘、鎳氫、鋰離子電池均屬于這一類，各有其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展，又產(chǎn)生了智能化電池；在充電電池材料方面，美國(guó)研制人員發(fā)現(xiàn)錳的一種化物，用它可以制造出便宜、小巧、放電時(shí)間長(zhǎng)，多次充電后仍保持性能良好的環(huán)保型充電電池。
線性穩(wěn)定電源
線性穩(wěn)定電源有一個(gè)共同的特點(diǎn)就是它的功率器件調(diào)整管工作在線性區(qū)，靠調(diào)整管之間的電壓降來穩(wěn)定輸出。由于調(diào)整管靜態(tài)損耗大，需要安裝一個(gè)很大的散熱器給它散熱。而且由于變壓器工作在工頻（50Hz)上,所以重量較大。
該類電源優(yōu)點(diǎn)是穩(wěn)定性高，紋波小，可靠性高，易做成多路，輸出連續(xù)可調(diào)的成品。缺點(diǎn)是體積大、較笨重、效率相對(duì)較低。這類穩(wěn)定電源又有很多種，從輸出性質(zhì)可分為穩(wěn)壓電源和穩(wěn)流電源及集穩(wěn)壓、穩(wěn)流于一身的穩(wěn)壓穩(wěn)流（雙穩(wěn)）電源。從輸出值來看可分定點(diǎn)輸出電源、波段開關(guān)調(diào)整式和電位器連續(xù)可調(diào)式幾種。從輸出指示上可分指針指示型和數(shù)字顯示式型等等。
開關(guān)型直流穩(wěn)壓電源
與線性穩(wěn)壓電源不同的一類穩(wěn)電源就是開關(guān)型直流穩(wěn)壓電源，它的電路型式主要有單端反激式，單端正激式、半橋式、推挽式和全橋式。它和線性電源的根本區(qū)別在于它變壓器不工作在工頻而是工作在幾十千赫茲到幾兆赫茲。功能管不是工作在飽和就是截止區(qū)即開關(guān)狀態(tài)；開關(guān)電源因此而得名。
開關(guān)電源的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是體積小，重量輕，穩(wěn)定可靠；缺點(diǎn)相對(duì)于線性電源來說紋波較大（一般≤1%VO（P-P），好的可做到十幾mV（P-P）或更小）。它的功率可自幾瓦－幾千瓦均有產(chǎn)品。價(jià)位為3元－十幾萬元/瓦，下面就一般習(xí)慣分類介紹幾種開關(guān)電源：
1、AC/DC電源
該類電源也稱一次電源——AC是交流，DC是直流，它自電網(wǎng)取得能量，經(jīng)過高壓整流濾波得到一個(gè)直流高壓，供DC/DC變換器在輸出端獲得一個(gè)或幾個(gè)穩(wěn)定的直流電壓，功率從幾瓦－幾千瓦均有產(chǎn)品，用于不同場(chǎng)合。屬此類產(chǎn)品的規(guī)格型號(hào)繁多，據(jù)用戶需要而定通信電源中的一次電源（AC220輸入，DC48V或24V輸出)也屬此類.
2、DC/DC電源
在通信系統(tǒng)中也稱二次電源，它是由一次電源或直流電池組提供一個(gè)直流輸入電壓，經(jīng)DC/DC變換以后在輸出端獲一個(gè)或幾個(gè)直流電壓。
3、通信電源
通信電源其實(shí)質(zhì)上就是DC/DC變換器式電源，只是它一般以直流－48V或－24V供電，并用后備電池作DC供電的備份，將DC的供電電壓變換成電路的工作電壓，一般它又分中央供電、分層供電和單板供電三種，以后者可靠性高。
4、電臺(tái)電源
電臺(tái)電源輸入AC220V/110V，輸出DC13.8V,功率由所供電臺(tái)功率而定,幾安幾百安均有產(chǎn)品.為防止AC電網(wǎng)斷電影響電臺(tái)工作,而需要有電池組作為備份,所以此類電源除輸出一個(gè)13.8V直流電壓外,還具有對(duì)電池充電自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換功能。
5、模塊電源
隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展，對(duì)電源可靠性、容量/體積比要求越來越高，模塊電源越來越顯示其優(yōu)越性，它工作頻率高、體積小、可靠性高，便于安裝和組合擴(kuò)容，所以越來越被廣泛采用。目前，目前國(guó)內(nèi)雖有相應(yīng)模塊生產(chǎn)，但因生產(chǎn)工藝未能趕上國(guó)際水平，故障率較高。
DC/DC模塊電源目前雖然成本較高，但從產(chǎn)品的漫長(zhǎng)的應(yīng)用周期的整體成本來看，特別是因系統(tǒng)故障而導(dǎo)致的高昂的維修成本及商譽(yù)損失來看，選用該電源模塊還是合算的，在此還值得一提的是羅氏變換器電路，它的突出優(yōu)點(diǎn)是電路結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，效率高和輸出電壓、電流的紋波值接近于零。
6、特種電源
高電壓小電流電源、大電流電源、400Hz輸入的AC/DC電源等，可歸于此類，可根據(jù)特殊需要選用。開關(guān)電源的價(jià)位一般在2-8元/瓦特殊小功率和大功率電源價(jià)格稍高，可達(dá)11-13元/瓦。
